He is the Rock; his deeds are perfect. Everything he does is just and fair. He is a faithful God who does no wrong; how just and upright he is! Accept other believers who are weak in faith, and don’t argue with them about what they think is right or wrong. Romans 14:1	As for the one who is weak in faith, welcome him, but not to quarrel over opinions. faith community
You and I are Jews by birth, not ‘sinners’ like the Gentiles. Yet we know that a person is made right with God by faith in Jesus Christ, not by obeying the law. And we have believed in Christ Jesus, so that we might be made right with God because of our faith in Christ, not because we have obeyed the law. For no one will ever be made right with God by obeying the law. Galatians 2:15-16	We ourselves are Jews by birth and not Gentile sinners; yet we know that a person is not justified by works of the law but through faith in Jesus Christ, so we also have believed in Christ Jesus, in order to be justified by faith in Christ and not by works of the law, because by works of the law no one will be justified. faith law righteousness
For no one can ever be made right with God by doing what the law commands. The law simply shows us how sinful we are. Romans 3:20	For by works of the law no human being will be justified in his sight, since through the law comes knowledge of sin. sin law righteousness

Now, who will want to harm you if you are eager to do good? 1 Peter 3:13	Now who is there to harm you if you are zealous for what is good? goodness evil work
You say, “I am allowed to do anything”—but not everything is good for you. You say, “I am allowed to do anything”—but not everything is beneficial. 1 Corinthians 10:23	“All things are lawful,” but not all things are helpful. “All things are lawful,” but not all things build up. law goodness righteousness
You say, “I am allowed to do anything”—but not everything is good for you. And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise. Philippians 4:8	Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. truth righteousness thoughts
Dear brothers and sisters, if another believer is overcome by some sin, you who are godly should gently and humbly help that person back onto the right path. And be careful not to fall into the same temptation yourself. Galatians 6:1	Brothers, if anyone is caught in any transgression, you who are spiritual should restore him in a spirit of gentleness. Keep watch on yourself, lest you too be tempted. sin temptation desires
For God made Christ, who never sinned, to be the offering for our sin, so that we could be made right with God through Christ. 2 Corinthians 5:21	For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God. sin righteousness mediator
Better to have little, with godliness, than to be rich and dishonest. Proverbs 16:8	Better is a little with righteousness than great revenues with injustice. righteousness money contentment
For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by openly declaring your faith that you are saved. Romans 10:10	For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. faith speaking salvation
God alone, who gave the law, is the Judge. He alone has the power to save or to destroy. So what right do you have to judge your neighbor? James 4:12	There is only one lawgiver and judge, he who is able to save and to destroy. But who are you to judge your neighbor? law judgment salvation
For Christ has already accomplished the purpose for which the law was given. As a result, all who believe in him are made right with God. Romans 10:4	For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes. faith law righteousness
In the night I search for you; in the morning I earnestly seek you. For only when you come to judge the earth will people learn what is right. Isaiah 26:9	My soul yearns for you in the night; my spirit within me earnestly seeks you. Therefore, since we have been made right in God’s sight by faith, we have peace with God because of what Jesus Christ our Lord has done for us. Romans 5:1	Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. faith righteousness peace
He personally carried our sins in his body on the cross so that we can be dead to sin and live for what is right. By his wounds you are healed. 1 Peter 2:24	He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. I do not treat the grace of God as meaningless. For if keeping the law could make us right with God, then there was no need for Christ to die. Galatians 2:21	I do not nullify the grace of God, for if righteousness were through the law, then Christ died for no purpose. grace righteousness law
But now God has shown us a way to be made right with him without keeping the requirements of the law, as was promised in the writings of Moses and the prophets long ago. We are made right with God by placing our faith in Jesus Christ. And this is true for everyone who believes, no matter who we are. Romans 3:21-22	But now the righteousness of God has been manifested apart from the law, although the Law and the Prophets bear witness to it— the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ for all who believe. The eyes of the Lord watch over those who do right, and his ears are open to their prayers. But the Lord turns his face against those who do evil. 1 Peter 3:12	For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears are open to their prayer.
