- Do not swerve to the right or to the left;

and my feet did not slip. - If your right eye causes you to sin, tear it out and throw it away. For it is better that you lose one of your members than that your whole body be thrown into hell.
- But if a wicked person turns away from all his sins that he has committed and keeps all my statutes and does what is just and right, he shall surely live; he shall not die.
- But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, so that your giving may be in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you.
- For the fruit of light is found in all that is good and right and true.
- Whoever is wise, let him understand these things;
whoever is discerning, let him know them;
for the ways of the Lord are right,
and the upright walk in them,
but transgressors stumble in them. - Looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God.
- He is the radiance of the glory of God and the exact imprint of his nature, and he upholds the universe by the word of his power. After making purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high.

- To do righteousness and justice
is more acceptable to the Lord than sacrifice. - We ought always to give thanks to God for you, brothers, as is right, because your faith is growing abundantly, and the love of every one of you for one another is increasing.
- But even if you should suffer for righteousness' sake, you will be blessed. Have no fear of them, nor be troubled.
- Then you will understand righteousness and justice
and equity, every good path. - And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.
- To make an apt answer is a joy to a man,
and a word in season, how good it is! - Behold, his soul is puffed up; it is not upright within him,
but the righteous shall live by his faith. - Train up a child in the way he should go;
even when he is old he will not depart from it. - The Rock, his work is perfect,
for all his ways are justice.
A God of faithfulness and without iniquity,
just and upright is he. - The one who conquers, I will grant him to sit with me on my throne, as I also conquered and sat down with my Father on his throne.
- Now who is there to harm you if you are zealous for what is good?
- “All things are lawful,” but not all things are helpful. “All things are lawful,” but not all things build up.
- “All things are lawful for me,” but not all things are helpful. “All things are lawful for me,” but I will not be dominated by anything.
- Better is a little with righteousness
than great revenues with injustice. - Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.
