Bible Verses about 'Secure'

The fear of man lays a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord is safe. The fear of others will prove to be a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord is secure.
Whoever walks in integrity walks securely, but he who makes his ways crooked will be found out.Anyone who leads an honorable life walks in safety, but whoever pursues wicked ways will be found out.
The steps of a man are established by the Lord, when he delights in his way.The Lord makes a man’s steps secure when he approves of his conduct.
The heart of man plans his way, but the Lord establishes his steps.A man may plan his own course, but the Lord makes his steps secure.
In peace I will both lie down and sleep; for you alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety. In peace I lie down and sleep, for only with your help, O Lord, can I rest secure.
Trust in the Lord, and do good; dwell in the land and befriend faithfulness.Put your trust in the Lord and do good, that you may dwell in the land and be secure.
Whoever guards his mouth preserves his life; he who opens wide his lips comes to ruin.He who guards his mouth makes his life secure, but one who talks excessively ensures his own downfall.
For the customs of the peoples are vanity. A tree from the forest is cut down and worked with an axe by the hands of a craftsman. They decorate it with silver and gold; they fasten it with hammer and nails so that it cannot move. Their idols are like scarecrows in a cucumber field, and they cannot speak; they have to be carried, for they cannot walk. Do not be afraid of them, for they cannot do evil, neither is it in them to do good. For the carved images of the nations are powerless; they are nothing more than wood cut from a forest, fashioned with a knife by craftsmen and embellished with silver and gold. Then they are fastened with hammers and nails to prevent them from toppling. Like scarecrows in a cucumber field they are unable to speak, and they must be carried from place to place since they cannot walk. Do not be afraid of them, for they can do no harm, nor do they have any power to do good.

Bible verse of the day

and he who rules his spirit than he who takes a city.

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High
will abide in the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress,
