- You shall serve the Lord your God, and he will bless your bread and your water, and I will take sickness away from among you.
- Beloved, I pray that all may go well with you and that you may be in good health, as it goes well with your soul.
- He heals the brokenhearted
and binds up their wounds. - A joyful heart is good medicine,
but a crushed spirit dries up the bones. - Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.
- Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse lepers, cast out demons. You received without paying; give without pay.
- Gracious words are like a honeycomb,
sweetness to the soul and health to the body. - Be not wise in your own eyes;
fear the Lord, and turn away from evil.
It will be healing to your flesh
and refreshment to your bones. - But when he heard it, he said, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick.”
- Remove vexation from your heart, and put away pain from your body, for youth and the dawn of life are vanity.
- For while bodily training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way, as it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come.
- Hope deferred makes the heart sick,
but a desire fulfilled is a tree of life.
And Paul said, “John baptized with the baptism of repentance, telling the people to believe in the one who was to come after him, that is, Jesus.” And without faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.Next verse!With image
