Bible Verses about 'Secure'

The fear of man proves to be a snare, but whoever puts his trust in Yahweh is kept safe. The fear of others lays a snare, but one who trusts in the Lord is secure.
A man’s steps are established by Yahweh. He delights in his way.Our steps are made firm by the Lord, when he delights in our way.
A man’s heart plans his course, but Yahweh directs his steps. The human mind plans the way, but the Lord directs the steps.
He who walks blamelessly walks surely, but he who perverts his ways will be found out.Whoever walks in integrity walks securely, but whoever follows perverse ways will be found out.
In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you alone, Yahweh, make me live in safety.I will both lie down and sleep in peace; for you alone, O Lord, make me lie down in safety.

But you, when you pray, enter into your inner room, and having shut your door, pray to your Father who is in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly. But whenever you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you.
For the customs of the peoples are vanity; for one cuts a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman with the ax. They deck it with silver and with gold. They fasten it with nails and with hammers, so that it can’t move. They are like a palm tree, of turned work, and don’t speak. They must be carried, because they can’t move. Don’t be afraid of them; for they can’t do evil, neither is it in them to do good. For the customs of the peoples are false: a tree from the forest is cut down, and worked with an ax by the hands of an artisan; people deck it with silver and gold; they fasten it with hammer and nails so that it cannot move. Their idols are like scarecrows in a cucumber field, and they cannot speak; they have to be carried, for they cannot walk. Do not be afraid of them, for they cannot do evil, nor is it in them to do good.
But when you do merciful deeds, don’t let your left hand know what your right hand does, so that your merciful deeds may be in secret, then your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly. But when you give alms, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, so that your alms may be done in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you.
But you, when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face, so that you are not seen by men to be fasting, but by your Father who is in secret; and your Father, who sees in secret, will reward you.But when you fast, put oil on your head and wash your face, so that your fasting may be seen not by others but by your Father who is in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you.
Surely the Lord Yahweh will do nothing, unless he reveals his secret to his servants the prophets.Surely the Lord God does nothing, without revealing his secret to his servants the prophets.
He reveals the deep and secret things. He knows what is in the darkness, and the light dwells with him.He reveals deep and hidden things; he knows what is in the darkness, and light dwells with him.

So Christ also, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time, not to deal with sin, but to save those who are eagerly waiting for him.So Christ, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time, not to deal with sin, but to save those who are eagerly waiting for him.
He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. Have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather even reprove them. For it is a shame even to speak of the things which are done by them in secret.Take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead expose them. For it is shameful even to mention what such people do secretly.

In any and all circumstances I have learned the secret both to be filled and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in need.I know what it is to have little, and I know what it is to have plenty. In any and all circumstances I have learned the secret of being well-fed and of going hungry, of having plenty and of being in need.

Over these, the second death has no power, but they will be priests of God and of Christ, and will reign with him one thousand years.Blessed and holy are those who share in the first resurrection. Over these the second death has no power, but they will be priests of God and of Christ, and they will reign with him a thousand years.
