- Whoever walks in integrity walks securely,
but whoever takes crooked paths will be found out. - Fear of man will prove to be a snare,
but whoever trusts in the Lord is kept safe. - The Lord makes firm the steps
of the one who delights in him. - In their hearts humans plan their course,
but the Lord establishes their steps. - In peace I will lie down and sleep,
for you alone, Lord,

Like a scarecrow in a cucumber field,
their idols cannot speak;
they must be carried
because they cannot walk.
Do not fear them;
they can do no harm
nor can they do any good.
