Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies.An excellent wife, who can find her? For her worth is far above jewels.
Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife see that she reverence her husband.Nevertheless, as for you individually, each husband is to love his own wife the same as himself, and the wife must see to it that she respects her husband.
Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee. Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands; thy walls are continually before me.Can a woman forget her nursing child And have no compassion on the son of her womb? Even these may forget, but I will not forget you. Behold, I have inscribed you on the palms of My hands; Your walls are continually before Me.
The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork. Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge.The heavens tell of the glory of God; And their expanse declares the work of His hands. Day to day pours forth speech, And night to night reveals knowledge.
Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold, the virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and she will name Him Immanuel.
And he was teaching in one of the synagogues on the sabbath. And, behold, there was a woman which had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bowed together, and could in no wise lift up herself. And when Jesus saw her, he called her to him, and said unto her, Woman, thou art loosed from thine infirmity. And he laid his hands on her: and immediately she was made straight, and glorified God. And the ruler of the synagogue answered with indignation, because that Jesus had healed on the sabbath day, and said unto the people, There are six days in which men ought to work: in them therefore come and be healed, and not on the sabbath day. The Lord then answered him, and said, Thou hypocrite, doth not each one of you on the sabbath loose his ox or his ass from the stall, and lead him away to watering? And ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan hath bound, lo, these eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the sabbath day? And when he had said these things, all his adversaries were ashamed: and all the people rejoiced for all the glorious things that were done by him.Now Jesus was teaching in one of the synagogues on the Sabbath. And there was a woman who for eighteen years had had a sickness caused by a spirit; and she was bent over double, and could not straighten up at all. When Jesus saw her, He called her over and said to her, “Woman, you are freed from your sickness.” And He laid His hands on her; and immediately she stood up straight again, and began glorifying God. But the synagogue leader, indignant because Jesus had healed on the Sabbath, began saying to the crowd in response, “There are six days during which work should be done; so come during them and get healed, and not on the Sabbath day.” But the Lord answered him and said, “You hypocrites, does each of you on the Sabbath not untie his ox or donkey from the stall and lead it away to water it? And this woman, a daughter of Abraham as she is, whom Satan has bound for eighteen long years, should she not have been released from this restraint on the Sabbath day?” And as He said this, all His opponents were being humiliated; and the entire crowd was rejoicing over all the glorious things being done by Him.
A good man sheweth favour, and lendeth: he will guide his affairs with discretion.It goes well for a person who is gracious and lends; He will maintain his cause in judgment.
Shew me thy ways, O Lord; teach me thy paths.Make me know Your ways, Lord; Teach me Your paths.
The wicked borroweth, and payeth not again: but the righteous sheweth mercy, and giveth.The wicked borrows and does not pay back, But the righteous is gracious and gives.
With the merciful thou wilt shew thyself merciful; with an upright man thou wilt shew thyself upright.With the faithful You show Yourself faithful; With the blameless You prove Yourself blameless.
And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission.And almost all things are cleansed with blood, according to the Law, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness.
Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honour unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered.You husbands in the same way, live with your wives in an understanding way, as with someone weaker, since she is a woman; and show her honor as a fellow heir of the grace of life, so that your prayers will not be hindered.
And the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things that they had heard and seen, as it was told unto them.And the shepherds went back, glorifying and praising God for all that they had heard and seen, just as had been told them.
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.The Lord is my shepherd, I will not be in need. He lets me lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside quiet waters.
To him that is afflicted pity should be shewed from his friend; but he forsaketh the fear of the Almighty.For the despairing man there should be kindness from his friend; So that he does not abandon the fear of the Almighty.
How much then is a man better than a sheep? Wherefore it is lawful to do well on the sabbath days.How much more valuable then is a person than a sheep! So then, it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath.
Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.Beware of the false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves.

And how I kept back nothing that was profitable unto you, but have shewed you, and have taught you publicly, and from house to house.How I did not shrink from declaring to you anything that was beneficial, and teaching you publicly and from house to house.
