Chinese (traditional)Bible Verses about 'Steadfastly'
- Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful.
- Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.
- They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.
- Create in me a pure heart, O God,
and renew a steadfast spirit within me. - They were looking intently up into the sky as he was going, when suddenly two men dressed in white stood beside them. “Men of Galilee,” they said, “why do you stand here looking into the sky? This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen him go into heaven.”
- They all joined together constantly in prayer, along with the women and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brothers.
- Give careful thought to the paths for your feet
and be steadfast in all your ways. - You will keep in perfect peace
those whose minds are steadfast,
because they trust in you. - Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.
- And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.
Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven.Next verse! With image
