| Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be afraid, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and give you help, I will uphold you with my victorious right hand. | Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness. |
| However, the Lord is faithful. He will strengthen you and protect you from the evil one. | But the Lord is faithful, who shall stablish you, and keep you from evil. |

| Meanwhile, the Church throughout Judea, Galilee, and Samaria enjoyed peace, building up strength and living in the fear of the Lord. | And not only that, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we realize that suffering develops perseverance, and perseverance produces character, and character produces hope. | And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; And patience, experience; and experience, hope. |
