I thank thee, and praise thee, O thou God of my fathers, who hast given me wisdom and might, and hast made known unto me now what we desired of thee: for thou hast now made known unto us the king's matter. | To you, O God of my fathers, I offer thanks and praise because you have given me wisdom and power. We are bound to thank God always for you, brethren, as it is meet, because that your faith groweth exceedingly, and the charity of every one of you all toward each other aboundeth. | Brethren, we must always give thanks to God for you, and it is only right that we do so.
