Since you have been faithful in small matters, I will give you much greater responsibilities. Come and share your master’s joy.’
We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, who are called according to his purpose. We know that God makes all things work together for good for those who love him and who are called according to his purpose.
Abba, Father, for you all things are possible; remove this cup from me; yet, not what I want, but what you want.Abba, Father, for you all things are possible. Take this cup from me. Yet not my will but yours be done.
I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, so that you may know that you have eternal life.I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life.
Do not love the world or the things in the world. The love of the Father is not in those who love the world.Do not love the world or what is in the world. If anyone does love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor rulers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord. For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor present things, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Keep on doing the things that you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, and the God of peace will be with you.Do the things that you have learned, received, and heard from me and that you saw me doing. Then the God of peace will be with you.
Therefore you have no excuse, whoever you are, when you judge others; for in passing judgment on another you condemn yourself, because you, the judge, are doing the very same things. Therefore, you have no excuse, whoever you may be, when you pass judgment on others. Those who are wise understand these things; those who are discerning know them. For the ways of the Lord are right, and the upright walk in them, but transgressors stumble in them.Let those who are wise understand these words, and let the prudent acknowledge them. For straight are the ways of the Lord; the upright walk in them, but sinners stumble.
But who am I, and what is my people, that we should be able to make this freewill offering?
