Bible Verses about 'Whatever you do'
- Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.
- And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.
- And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ.
- Therefore, whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets.
- Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things.
- And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
- And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.
- And whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.
- But our God is in heaven;
He does whatever He pleases. - Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.
- Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.
- Therefore whatever you have spoken in the dark will be heard in the light, and what you have spoken in the ear in inner rooms will be proclaimed on the housetops.
- Not that I speak in regard to need, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content.
- You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you.
- But when they arrest you and deliver you up, do not worry beforehand, or premeditate what you will speak. But whatever is given you in that hour, speak that; for it is not you who speak, but the Holy Spirit.
- These you may eat of all that are in the waters: you may eat all that have fins and scales. And whatever does not have fins and scales you shall not eat; it is unclean for you.
- And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him.
- Beloved, if our heart does not condemn us, we have confidence toward God. And whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do those things that are pleasing in His sight.
- Therefore you are inexcusable, O man, whoever you are who judge, for in whatever you judge another you condemn yourself; for you who judge practice the same things.
- So He said to them, “Are you thus without understanding also? Do you not perceive that whatever enters a man from outside cannot defile him, because it does not enter his heart but his stomach, and is eliminated, thus purifying all foods?”
- If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.
- For whatever things were written before were written for our learning, that we through the patience and comfort of the Scriptures might have hope.
- But let your ‘Yes’ be ‘Yes,’ and your ‘No,’ ‘No.’ For whatever is more than these is from the evil one.
- For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith.
- For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.
- Let all that you do be done with love.
- Wisdom is the principal thing;
Therefore get wisdom.
And in all your getting, get understanding. - And if you do good to those who do good to you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners do the same.
- For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish.
- Watch therefore, for you do not know what hour your Lord is coming.
- You lust and do not have. You murder and covet and cannot obtain. You fight and war. Yet you do not have because you do not ask.
- You believe that there is one God. You do well. Even the demons believe—and tremble!
- Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.
- Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.
- But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
- And the Lord, He is the One who goes before you. He will be with you, He will not leave you nor forsake you; do not fear nor be dismayed.
- Do not say,
“Why were the former days better than these?”
For you do not inquire wisely concerning this. - But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you.
- Commit your works to the Lord,
And your thoughts will be established. - Therefore He who supplies the Spirit to you and works miracles among you, does He do it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?
- And keep the charge of the Lord your God: to walk in His ways, to keep His statutes, His commandments, His judgments, and His testimonies, as it is written in the Law of Moses, that you may prosper in all that you do and wherever you turn.
- Therefore say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord God: “None of My words will be postponed any more, but the word which I speak will be done,” says the Lord God.’
- And He took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, “This is My body which is given for you; do this in remembrance of Me.”
- As you do not know what is the way of the wind,
Or how the bones grow in the womb of her who is with child,
So you do not know the works of God who makes everything. - The things which you learned and received and heard and saw in me, these do, and the God of peace will be with you.
- He loves righteousness and justice;
The earth is full of the goodness of the Lord. - Therefore put to death your members which are on the earth: fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry.
- Cause me to hear Your lovingkindness in the morning,
For in You do I trust;
Cause me to know the way in which I should walk,
For I lift up my soul to You. - Therefore, when you do a charitable deed, do not sound a trumpet before you as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory from men. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward.
- But the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you do not need that anyone teach you; but as the same anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you will abide in Him.
