Keep these words that I am commanding you today in your heart. Train children in the right way, and when old, they will not stray.Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.

When you make a vow to God, do not delay fulfilling it; for he has no pleasure in fools. Fulfill what you vow.When you vow a vow to God, don’t defer to pay it; for he has no pleasure in fools. Pay that which you vow.
I will praise you with an upright heart, when I learn your righteous ordinances.I will give thanks to you with uprightness of heart, when I learn your righteous judgments.
But when he heard this, he said, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick.”When Jesus heard it, he said to them, “Those who are healthy have no need for a physician, but those who are sick do.”
Blessed are you when people revile you and persecute you and utter all kinds of evil against you falsely on my account.Blessed are you when people reproach you, persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely, for my sake.
How very good and pleasant it is when kindred live together in unity!See how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to live together in unity!
When Jesus heard this, he replied, “Do not fear. Only believe, and she will be saved.”But Jesus hearing it, answered him, “Don’t be afraid. Only believe, and she will be healed.”
And now, little children, abide in him, so that when he is revealed we may have confidence and not be put to shame before him at his coming.Now, little children, remain in him, that when he appears, we may have boldness and not be ashamed before him at his coming.

Our steps are made firm by the Lord, when he delights in our way.A man’s steps are established by Yahweh. He delights in his way.
