| The one who has My commandments and keeps them is the one who loves Me; and the one who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and will reveal Myself to him. | He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him. |
| And this commandment we have from Him, that the one who loves God must also love his brother and sister. | And this commandment have we from him, That he who loveth God love his brother also. |

| But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you. | But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you. |
| It goes well for a person who is gracious and lends; He will maintain his cause in judgment. | A good man sheweth favour, and lendeth: he will guide his affairs with discretion. |
| And do not be afraid of those who kill the body but are unable to kill the soul; but rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. | And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. |
| Give to everyone who asks of you, and whoever takes away what is yours, do not demand it back. | Give to every man that asketh of thee; and of him that taketh away thy goods ask them not again. |
| But I say to you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you. | But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you. |
| And He said to them, “Whoever receives this child in My name receives Me, and whoever receives Me receives Him who sent Me; for the one who is least among all of you, this is the one who is great.” | And said unto them, Whosoever shall receive this child in my name receiveth me: and whosoever shall receive me receiveth him that sent me: for he that is least among you all, the same shall be great. |
| He made Him who knew no sin to be sin in our behalf, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. | For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. |
| But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name. | But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name. |
| One who conceals an offense seeks love, But one who repeats a matter separates close friends. | He that covereth a transgression seeketh love; but he that repeateth a matter separateth very friends. |
| But who am I and who are my people that we should be able to offer as generously as this? For all things come from You, and from Your hand we have given to You. | But who am I, and what is my people, that we should be able to offer so willingly after this sort? for all things come of thee, and of thine own have we given thee. |
| Instruct those who are rich in this present world not to be conceited or to set their hope on the uncertainty of riches, but on God, who richly supplies us with all things to enjoy. | Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy. |
| One who is on the path of life follows instruction, But one who ignores a rebuke goes astray. | He is in the way of life that keepeth instruction: but he that refuseth reproof erreth. |
| One who keeps the commandment keeps his soul, But one who is careless of conduct will die. | He that keepeth the commandment keepeth his own soul; but he that despiseth his ways shall die. |
| Be strong and let your heart take courage, All you who wait for the Lord. | Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all ye that hope in the Lord. |
| Who has performed and accomplished it, Summoning the generations from the beginning? ‘I, the Lord, am the first, and with the last. I am He.’ | Who hath wrought and done it, calling the generations from the beginning? I the Lord, the first, and with the last; I am he. |
| And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace. | And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace. |
| Who gave Himself for us to redeem us from every lawless deed, and to purify for Himself a people for His own possession, eager for good deeds. | Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works. |
| Open your mouth for the people who cannot speak, For the rights of all the unfortunate. | Open thy mouth for the dumb in the cause of all such as are appointed to destruction. |
| I tell you that in the same way, there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous people who have no need of repentance. | I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance. |
| So Jesus answered them and said, “My teaching is not My own, but His who sent Me.” | Jesus answered them, and said, My doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me. |
