- For what does it profit a man to gain the whole world and forfeit his life?
- Blessed are those who keep his statutes,
who seek him with their whole heart. - I will give thanks to Yahweh with my whole heart.
I will tell of all your marvelous works. - And he is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not for ours only, but also for the whole world.
- With my whole heart I have sought you.
Don’t let me wander from your commandments. - For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his life? Or what will a man give in exchange for his life?
- This is the end of the matter. All has been heard. Fear God and keep his commandments; for this is the whole duty of man.
- Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
- He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the Good News to the whole creation.”
- For we all stumble in many things. Anyone who doesn’t stumble in word is a perfect person, able to bridle the whole body also.
- For the whole law is fulfilled in one word, in this: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”
- Therefore put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
- If your right eye causes you to stumble, pluck it out and throw it away from you. For it is more profitable for you that one of your members should perish than for your whole body to be cast into Gehenna.
- This Good News of the Kingdom will be preached in the whole world for a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come.
- I ate no pleasant food. No meat or wine came into my mouth. I didn’t anoint myself at all, until three whole weeks were fulfilled.
- And to love him with all the heart, with all the understanding, all the soul, and with all the strength, and to love his neighbor as himself, is more important than all whole burnt offerings and sacrifices.
- But he was pierced for our transgressions.
He was crushed for our iniquities.
The punishment that brought our peace was on him;
and by his wounds we are healed. - “Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house, and test me now in this,” says Yahweh of Armies, “if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there will not be enough room for.”
- Yahweh will be King over all the earth. In that day Yahweh will be one, and his name one.
- For in him all the fullness of the Deity dwells bodily, and in him you are made full, who is the head of all principality and power.
- Now therefore, if you will indeed obey my voice and keep my covenant, then you shall be my own possession from among all peoples; for all the earth is mine.
- God, you are my God.
I will earnestly seek you.
My soul thirsts for you.
My flesh longs for you,
in a dry and weary land, where there is no water. - I wait for Yahweh.
My soul waits.
I hope in his word. - Praise Yahweh, my soul!
All that is within me, praise his holy name! - Now when the day of Pentecost had come, they were all with one accord in one place. Suddenly there came from the sky a sound like the rushing of a mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.
Give thanks to Yahweh! Call on his name!
Make his doings known among the peoples.Who is this King of glory?
Yahweh of Armies is the King of glory! Selah. He who walks blamelessly and does what is right,
and speaks truth in his heart;
he who doesn’t slander with his tongue,
nor does evil to his friend,
nor casts slurs against his fellow man.Next verse!With image
