Don’t envy violent people or copy their ways. Such wicked people are detestable to the Lord, but he offers his friendship to the godly. Proverbs 3:31-32	Do not envy a violent person, And do not choose any of his ways. For the devious are an abomination to the Lord; But He is intimate with the upright. trust righteousness planning

The Lord is slow to get angry, but his power is great, and he never lets the guilty go unpunished. He displays his power in the whirlwind and the storm. Don’t lie to each other, for you have stripped off your old sinful nature and all its wicked deeds. Put on your new nature, and be renewed as you learn to know your Creator and become like him. And a great road will go through that once deserted land. It will be named the Highway of Holiness. Evil-minded people will never travel on it. It will be only for those who walk in God’s ways; fools will never walk there. Isaiah 35:8	A highway will be there, a roadway, And it will be called the Highway of Holiness. You may think you can condemn such people, but you are just as bad, and you have no excuse! When you say they are wicked and should be punished, you are condemning yourself, for you who judge others do these very same things. Stand your ground, putting on the belt of truth and the body armor of God’s righteousness. For shoes, put on the peace that comes from the Good News so that you will be fully prepared. In addition to all of these, hold up the shield of faith to stop the fiery arrows of the devil. Tainted wealth has no lasting value, but right living can save your life. Proverbs 10:2	Ill-gotten gains do not benefit, But righteousness rescues from death. honesty money righteousness
People with integrity walk safely, but those who follow crooked paths will be exposed. Proverbs 10:9	One who walks in integrity walks securely, But one who perverts his ways will be found out. sin safety life
But we have sinned and done wrong. We have rebelled against you and scorned your commands and regulations. Daniel 9:5	We have sinned, we have done wrong, and acted wickedly and rebelled, even turning aside from Your commandments and ordinances. sin confession law
So be careful how you live. Don’t live like fools, but like those who are wise. Make the most of every opportunity in these evil days. Ephesians 5:15-16	So then, be careful how you walk, not as unwise people but as wise, making the most of your time, because the days are evil. wisdom life mind
So get rid of all the filth and evil in your lives, and humbly accept the word God has planted in your hearts, for it has the power to save your souls. James 1:21	Therefore, ridding yourselves of all filthiness and all that remains of wickedness, in humility receive the word implanted, which is able to save your souls. salvation Word of God evil
