| As thou knowest not what is the way of the spirit, nor how the bones do grow in the womb of her that is with child: even so thou knowest not the works of God who maketh all. | As you do not know the path of the wind, or how the body is formed in a mother’s womb, so you cannot understand the work of God, the Maker of all things. |
| For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. | For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God. |

| Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him. | Every word of God is flawless; he is a shield to those who take refuge in him. |
| Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee. Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands; thy walls are continually before me. | Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne?
