All the prophets testify about him that everyone who believes in him receives forgiveness of sins through his name.To him all the Prophets bear witness that everyone who believes in him will receive forgiveness of sins through his name.
Peter replied, “Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.”Peter answered, “Repent, and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ so that your sins may be forgiven, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.”
Then he took a cup, and when he had given thanks, he gave it to them, saying, “Drink from it, all of you. This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.”Then he took a cup, and after offering thanks he gave it to them, saying, “Drink from this, all of you. For this is my blood of the covenant, which will be shed on behalf of many for the forgiveness of sins.”
Whoever would foster love covers over an offense, but whoever repeats the matter separates close friends.One who forgives a misdeed fosters friendship, but he who divulges it separates good friends.
Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.Rather, be kind to one another and compassionate, and forgive one another as God has forgiven you in Christ.

Whoever conceals their sins does not prosper, but the one who confesses and renounces them finds mercy.No one who conceals his transgressions will prosper, but one who confesses and renounces them will obtain mercy.
You, Lord, are forgiving and good, abounding in love to all who call to you.O Lord, you are kind and forgiving, filled with kindness for all who cry to you.

Let the wicked forsake their ways and the unrighteous their thoughts. Let them turn to the Lord, and he will have mercy on them, and to our God, for he will freely pardon.Let the wicked abandon their ways and those who are evil their thoughts. Let them return to the Lord so that he may have mercy upon them; and to our God, for he is rich in forgiveness.
He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world.He is himself the sacrifice for our sins— and not only for our sins but also for the sins of the whole world.
Then I acknowledged my sin to you and did not cover up my iniquity. I said, “I will confess my transgressions to the Lord.” And you forgave the guilt of my sin.Then I acknowledged my sin to you, and I made no attempt to conceal my guilt. I said, “I will confess my offenses to the Lord,” and you removed the guilt of my sin. Selah
And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.And forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors.
Rend your heart and not your garments. Return to the Lord your God, for he is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in love, and he relents from sending calamity.Rend your hearts and not your garments, and turn back to the Lord, your God. For he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, rich in kindness, and always prepared to relent from punishing.

Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord.Repent, therefore, and be converted so that your sins may be wiped away.
