- Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.
- Grant thee according to thine own heart,
and fulfil all thy counsel. - Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
- When thou vowest a vow unto God, defer not to pay it; for he hath no pleasure in fools: pay that which thou hast vowed.
- The Lord will perfect that which concerneth me:
thy mercy, O Lord, endureth for ever:
forsake not the works of thine own hands. - Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying, Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.
- This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.
- God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?
- Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.
- Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.
- Let the husband render unto the wife due benevolence: and likewise also the wife unto the husband. The wife hath not power of her own body, but the husband: and likewise also the husband hath not power of his own body, but the wife.
- But I will sacrifice unto thee
with the voice of thanksgiving;
I will pay that that I have vowed.
Salvation is of the Lord. - But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.
- The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.
- For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
- For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
- I ate no pleasant bread, neither came flesh nor wine in my mouth, neither did I anoint myself at all, till three whole weeks were fulfilled.
- And he declared unto you his covenant, which he commanded you to perform, even ten commandments; and he wrote them upon two tables of stone.
- But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive.
- The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.
