Bible Verses about 'Grief'
- A wise son brings joy to his father,
but a foolish son brings grief to his mother. - For with much wisdom comes much sorrow;

and he relents from sending calamity. - At this, Job got up and tore his robe and shaved his head. Then he fell to the ground in worship and said:
“Naked I came from my mother’s womb,
and naked I will depart.
The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away;
may the name of the Lord be praised.”
Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.Next verse!With image
