There remains therefore a rest for the people of God. For he who has entered His rest has himself also ceased from his works as God did from His. Hebrews 4:9-10	Therefore, a Sabbath rest still remains for the people of God, since those who enter into God’s rest also cease from their own labors as God did from his. sabbath rest work
A man’s gift makes room for him, And brings him before great men. Proverbs 18:16	A gift opens doors for the giver and wins him access to the powerful. reward giving
But whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life. Then the rib which the Lord God had taken from man He made into a woman, and He brought her to the man. Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock. But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God. John 3:21	However, whoever lives by the truth comes to the light so that it may be clearly seen that his deeds have been done in God. light truth obedience
For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, “Abba, Father.” Romans 8:15	For you did not receive a spirit of slavery leading to fear; rather, you received the Spirit of adoption, enabling us to cry out, “Abba! And they stripped Him and put a scarlet robe on Him. When they had twisted a crown of thorns, they put it on His head, and a reed in His right hand. And everyone who competes for the prize is temperate in all things. Receive one who is weak in the faith, but not to disputes over doubtful things. Romans 14:1	Welcome anyone whose faith is weak, but do not get into arguments about doubts. faith community
Whoever has no rule over his own spirit Is like a city broken down, without walls. Proverbs 25:28	Like a city that has been breached and made defenseless is the man devoid of self-control. self-control desires
He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also He has put eternity in their hearts, except that no one can find out the work that God does from beginning to end. Ecclesiastes 3:11	He has made everything suitable for its time, and he has given men a sense of past and future, but they never have the slightest comprehension of what God has wrought from beginning to end. creation understanding life
But He said, “More than that, blessed are those who hear the word of God and keep it!” Luke 11:28	Jesus replied, “Blessed, rather, are those who hear the word of God and obey it!” Word of God life listening
Therefore you shall keep My commandments, and perform them: I am the Lord. Leviticus 22:31	You shall observe my commandments and obey them. I am the Lord. law obedience God

Therefore the Son of Man is also Lord of the Sabbath.” Mark 2:23-28	One day, as Jesus was passing through a field of grain on the Sabbath, his disciples began to pick some heads of grain as they walked along. The Pharisees said to him, “Behold, why are your disciples doing what is forbidden on the Sabbath?” He answered, “Have you never read what David did when he and his companions were hungry and in need of food? He entered the house of God when Abiathar was high priest and ate the sacred bread that only the priests were permitted to eat, and he shared it with his companions.” Then he said to them, “The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath.
