If someone says, “I love God,” and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen? | Whoever claims to love God yet hates a brother or sister is a liar. For whoever does not love their brother and sister, whom they have seen, cannot love God, whom they have not seen. |
And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. | And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. |

And we have known and believed the love that God has for us. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him. | And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them. |
