Accept other believers who are weak in faith, and don’t argue with them about what they think is right or wrong. | Now accept one who is weak in faith, but not for disputes over opinions. |

All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right. The Lord is more pleased when we do what is right and just than when we offer him sacrifices. | To do righteousness and justice is more acceptable to Yahweh than sacrifice. |
For the word of the Lord holds true, and we can trust everything he does. | For Yahweh’s word is right. All his work is done in faithfulness. |
Love does no wrong to others, so love fulfills the requirements of God’s law. | Love doesn’t harm a neighbor. Love therefore is the fulfillment of the law. |
The Lord is good and does what is right; he shows the proper path to those who go astray. He leads the humble in doing right, teaching them his way. | Good and upright is Yahweh, therefore he will instruct sinners in the way. He will guide the humble in justice. He will teach the humble his way. |
We should help others do what is right and build them up in the Lord. | Let each one of us please his neighbor for that which is good, to be building him up. |
Let those who are wise understand these things. Let those with discernment listen carefully. The paths of the Lord are true and right, and righteous people live by walking in them. But in those paths sinners stumble and fall. | Who is wise, that he may understand these things? Who is prudent, that he may know them? For the ways of Yahweh are right, and the righteous walk in them, but the rebellious stumble in them. |
Plans go wrong for lack of advice; many advisers bring success. | Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established. |
People may be right in their own eyes, but the Lord examines their heart. | Every way of a man is right in his own eyes, but Yahweh weighs the hearts. |
There is a path before each person that seems right, but it ends in death. | There is a way which seems right to a man, but in the end it leads to death. |
For I hold you by your right hand— I, the Lord your God. And I say to you, ‘Don’t be afraid. I am here to help you.’ | For I, Yahweh your God, will hold your right hand, saying to you, ‘Don’t be afraid. I will help you.’ |
Then you will understand what is right, just, and fair, and you will find the right way to go. | Then you will understand righteousness and justice, equity and every good path. |
I know the Lord is always with me. I will not be shaken, for he is right beside me. | I have set Yahweh always before me. Because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved. |

When a crime is not punished quickly, people feel it is safe to do wrong. | Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil. |
