Bible Verses about 'Romans 12'

  • I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.
  • And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
  • For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, as God has dealt to each one a measure of faith.
  • For as we have many members in one body, but all the members do not have the same function, so we, being many, are one body in Christ, and individually members of one another.
  • Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor what is evil. Cling to what is good.
  • Be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, in honor giving preference to one another.
  • Not lagging in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord.
  • Rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer.
  • Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse.
  • Rejoice with those who rejoice, and weep with those who weep.
  • Be of the same mind toward one another. Do not set your mind on high things, but associate with the humble. Do not be wise in your own opinion.
  • If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men.
  • Beloved, do not avenge yourselves, but rather give place to wrath; for it is written, “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord.
  • Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
  • Let every soul be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God.
  • For because of this you also pay taxes, for they are God’s ministers attending continually to this very thing.
  • Render therefore to all their due: taxes to whom taxes are due, customs to whom customs, fear to whom fear, honor to whom honor.
  • Owe no one anything except to love one another, for he who loves another has fulfilled the law.
  • For the commandments, “You shall not commit adultery,” “You shall not murder,” “You shall not steal,” “You shall not bear false witness,” “You shall not covet,” and if there is any other commandment, are all summed up in this saying, namely, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”
  • Love does no harm to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfillment of the law.
  • But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts.
  • Receive one who is weak in the faith, but not to disputes over doubtful things.
  • Let not him who eats despise him who does not eat, and let not him who does not eat judge him who eats; for God has received him.
  • Who are you to judge another’s servant? To his own master he stands or falls. Indeed, he will be made to stand, for God is able to make him stand.
  • One person esteems one day above another; another esteems every day alike. Let each be fully convinced in his own mind.

For if we live, we live to the Lord; and if we die, we die to the Lord. Therefore, whether we live or die, we are the Lord’s.
