A second is equally important: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’The second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’
For the whole law can be summed up in this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.”For the entire Law can be summed up in a single commandment: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”
Don’t wear yourself out trying to get rich. Be wise enough to know when to quit.Do not wear yourself out in the pursuit of wealth, and cease even to think about it.

You must not murder. You must not commit adultery. You must not steal. You must not testify falsely. Honor your father and mother. Love your neighbor as yourself.You shall not kill. You may think you can condemn such people, but you are just as bad, and you have no excuse! When you say they are wicked and should be punished, you are condemning yourself, for you who judge others do these very same things.Therefore, you have no excuse, whoever you may be, when you pass judgment on others. For in judging others you condemn yourself, since you are doing the same things.
Instead, clothe yourself with the presence of the Lord Jesus Christ. And don’t let yourself think about ways to indulge your evil desires.Rather, put on the Lord Jesus Christ and allow no opportunity for the flesh to gratify its sinful desires.
For the commandments say, “You must not commit adultery. You must not murder. You must not steal. You must not covet.” These—and other such commandments—are summed up in this one commandment: “Love your neighbor as yourself.”“You shall not commit adultery, You shall not kill, You shall not steal, You shall not covet,” and every other commandment are all summed up in this: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”
Do not nurse hatred in your heart for any of your relatives. Confront people directly so you will not be held guilty for their sin. Do not seek revenge or bear a grudge against a fellow Israelite, but love your neighbor as yourself. I am the Lord.You shall not hate your brother in your heart, nor shall you rebuke your brother in any way, lest you bear sin because of him. You shall not seek vengeance nor bear a grudge against the children of your people. You shall love your neighbor as yourself. I am the Lord.
To acquire wisdom is to love yourself; people who cherish understanding will prosper.Whoever gains wisdom loves his own soul; one who cherishes understanding will prosper.
Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you your heart’s desires.Take delight in the Lord, and he will grant you what your heart desires.
Don’t trap yourself by making a rash promise to God and only later counting the cost.It is rash to pledge a sacred gift, or to make a vow and then have second thoughts.
Dear brothers and sisters, if another believer is overcome by some sin, you who are godly should gently and humbly help that person back onto the right path. And be careful not to fall into the same temptation yourself.Brethren, if anyone is detected committing a transgression, you who are spiritual must set him right in a spirit of gentleness. Meanwhile, you should take care so that you yourselves are not tempted.
Because of the privilege and authority God has given me, I give each of you this warning: Don’t think you are better than you really are. Be honest in your evaluation of yourselves, measuring yourselves by the faith God has given us.Through the grace that God has bestowed upon me, I advise every one of you not to think of yourself too highly, but to regard yourself objectively, based on the measure of faith that God has granted.
If you claim to be religious but don’t control your tongue, you are fooling yourself, and your religion is worthless.If anyone thinks that he is religious but does not restrain his tongue, he is deceiving himself, and his religion is worthless.

But when you pray, go away by yourself, shut the door behind you, and pray to your Father in private. While it remained unsold, did it not belong to you? And after it was sold, were not the proceeds yours? What caused you to contrive this scheme? You have lied not to men but to God.”
You adulterers! Don’t you realize that friendship with the world makes you an enemy of God? I say it again: If you want to be a friend of the world, you make yourself an enemy of God.Adulterers! Do you not know that love of the world results in enmity with God? Therefore, whoever wishes to be a lover of the world makes himself an enemy of God.
Don’t you realize that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives in you and was given to you by God? You do not belong to yourself, for God bought you with a high price. So you must honor God with your body.Do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have received from God, and that you are not your own? You have been purchased at a price. Therefore, glorify God in your body.
Avoid all perverse talk; stay away from corrupt speech.Turn away from the mouth that deceives and keep your distance from lips that mislead.
Love each other with genuine affection, and take delight in honoring each other.Love one another with genuine affection. Esteem others more highly than yourself.
And I know it is important to love him with all my heart and all my understanding and all my strength, and to love my neighbor as myself. This is more important than to offer all of the burnt offerings and sacrifices required in the law.And ‘to love him with all your heart, and with all your understanding, and with all your strength, and to love your neighbor as yourself,’ is worth more than any burnt offerings and sacrifices.

Wash yourselves and be clean! Get your sins out of my sight. Give up your evil ways.Wash yourselves and become clean; remove your evil deeds far from my sight. Cease to do evil.
