- This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.
- If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth.
- But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
- If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.Next verse!With image
