Chinese (traditional)Pride leads to conflict;
those who take advice are wise. Where there is strife, there is pride,
but wisdom is found in those who take advice. Only by pride cometh contention:
but with the well advised is wisdom. By insolence comes nothing but strife,
but with those who take advice is wisdom. By pride comes nothing but strife,
But with the well-advised is wisdom. By insolence the heedless make strife,
but wisdom is with those who take advice. Pride only breeds quarrels,
but wisdom is with people who take advice. An ignorant man causes strife by his insolence,
but wisdom is found with those who take advice. May the Lord our God be with us as he was with our ancestors; may he never leave us or abandon us. But when Jesus heard what had happened, he said to Jairus, “Don’t be afraid. Just have faith, and she will be healed.”Next verse!With image
