He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy.No one who conceals transgressions will prosper, but one who confesses and forsakes them will obtain mercy.

Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honour unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered.Husbands, in the same way, show consideration for your wives in your life together, paying honor to the woman as the weaker sex, since they too are also heirs of the gracious gift of life—so that nothing may hinder your prayers.
Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace.You who want to be justified by the law have cut yourselves off from Christ; you have fallen away from grace.
