- Out of the depths I have cried to You, O Lord;
Lord, hear my voice!
Let Your ears be attentive
To the voice of my supplications. - You therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.
- He who covers his sins will not prosper,
But whoever confesses and forsakes them will have mercy. - The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen.
- What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? Certainly not! How shall we who died to sin live any longer in it?
- The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
- Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
- I do not set aside the grace of God; for if righteousness comes through the law, then Christ died in vain.
- For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more.
- Nevertheless in Your great mercy
You did not utterly consume them nor forsake them;
For You are God, gracious and merciful. - What is man that You are mindful of him,
And the son of man that You visit him? - For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, as God has dealt to each one a measure of faith.
- For to you it has been granted on behalf of Christ, not only to believe in Him, but also to suffer for His sake.
- And the God of peace will crush Satan under your feet shortly.
The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen. - You have become estranged from Christ, you who attempt to be justified by law; you have fallen from grace.
- Then Peter came to Him and said, “Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Up to seven times?”
Jesus said to him, “I do not say to you, up to seven times, but up to seventy times seven.” - So rend your heart, and not your garments;
Return to the Lord your God,
For He is gracious and merciful,
Slow to anger, and of great kindness;
And He relents from doing harm. - ‘Return, backsliding Israel,’ says the Lord;
‘I will not cause My anger to fall on you.
For I am merciful,’ says the Lord;
‘I will not remain angry forever.’ - Let the wicked forsake his way,
And the unrighteous man his thoughts;
Let him return to the Lord,
And He will have mercy on him;
And to our God,
For He will abundantly pardon. - Husbands, likewise, dwell with them with understanding, giving honor to the wife, as to the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life, that your prayers may not be hindered.
- And the tax collector, standing afar off, would not so much as raise his eyes to heaven, but beat his breast, saying, ‘God, be merciful to me a sinner!’
- Then God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God relented from the disaster that He had said He would bring upon them, and He did not do it.
For you, brethren, have been called to liberty; only do not use liberty as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another. And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.Next verse!With image
