Chinese (traditional)- But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind.
- Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says.
- Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.
- Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven.
- My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry.
- But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere.
- If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.
- Because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.
- Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.
- Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him.
This is what the Lord says to Israel: “Seek me and live.” Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.Next verse! With image
