- The Lord is slow to anger but great in power,
and he will never allow the guilty
to escape punishment.
He makes his way in whirlwind and storm,
and the clouds are the dust beneath his feet. - The Lord is good,
an unfailing refuge in a time of distress.
He takes care of those who place their trust in him.
The way of God is blameless,
and the Lord’s promise proves true;
he is a shield to all
who flee to him for safety. And not only that, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we realize that suffering develops perseverance, and perseverance produces character, and character produces hope.Next verse!With image
