Not that I am speaking of being in need, for I have learned in whatever situation I am to be content.

Not that I was ever in need, for I have learned how to be content with whatever I have. Not that I am referring to being in need; for I have learned to be content with whatever I have. But now that you have been set free from sin and have become slaves of God, the fruit you get leads to sanctification and its end, eternal life.
