- Jesus said to him, “Have you believed because you have seen me? Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.”

- I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Henceforth there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will award to me on that day, and not only to me but also to all who have loved his appearing.
- Can anyone withhold water for baptizing these people, who have received the Holy Spirit just as we have?
- This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.
- Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.

- I have stored up your word in my heart,
that I might not sin against you. - For as in one body we have many members, and the members do not all have the same function, so we, though many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another.
- I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life.
- If I give away all I have, and if I deliver up my body to be burned, but have not love, I gain nothing.
- Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their toil.
- These things I have spoken to you, that my joy may be in you, and that your joy may be full.
- For I will satisfy the weary soul, and every languishing soul I will replenish.
- I will never forget your precepts,
for by them you have given me life. - And I shall walk in a wide place,
for I have sought your precepts. - Do not lie to one another, seeing that you have put off the old self with its practices and have put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge after the image of its creator.
- Until now you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full.
- If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal.
- My lips will shout for joy,
when I sing praises to you;
my soul also, which you have redeemed. - But he knows the way that I take;
when he has tried me, I shall come out as gold.
My foot has held fast to his steps;
I have kept his way and have not turned aside. - I am coming soon. Hold fast what you have, so that no one may seize your crown.
- Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.
- If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another's feet.
- If we say we have fellowship with him while we walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth.
