Bible Verses about 'Have'

  • Then Jesus said to him,
    “You have come to believe
    because you have seen me.
    Blessed are those who have not seen
    and yet have come to believe.”
  • I have chosen the way of faithfulness;
    I have set your judgments before me.
  • I have told you this
    so that in me you may be in peace.
    In the world
    you will endure suffering.
    But take courage!
    I have overcome the world.
  • We have sinned and done what is wrong, we have acted wickedly and rebelled, we have rejected your commandments and your laws.
  • You have already been cleansed
    by the word I have spoken to you.
  • For you, O God, have put us to the test;
    you have purified us as silver is refined.
  • A thief comes only
    to steal and kill and destroy.
    I have come
    that they may have life,
    and have it in abundance.
  • I do not say this because I have been in need, for I have learned to be content with whatever I have.
  • I have not strayed from the commandments of his lips;
    I have treasured in my heart the words of his mouth.
  • I have swept away your transgressions like a cloud
    and your sins like a mist.
    Return to me,
    for I have redeemed you.
  • For ‘In him we live and move and have our being.’ As even your own poets have said, ‘We are all his offspring.’
  • If I have the gift of prophecy
    and the ability to understand all mysteries and all knowledge,
    and have all the faith necessary to move mountains,
    but do not have love,
    I am nothing.
  • Can anyone withhold the water of baptism from these people who have received the Holy Spirit just as we have?
  • I have instructed you in the ways of wisdom
    and led you along the paths of righteousness.
  • To you, O God of my fathers,
    I offer thanks and praise
    because you have given me wisdom and power.
    Now you have made known to me
    what we asked of you;
    you have revealed to us the king’s dream.
  • I have fought the good fight; I have finished the race; I have kept the faith. Now waiting for me is the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will award to me on that Day—and not only to me, but to all those who have eagerly longed for his appearance.
  • You want something that you cannot have, so you commit murder. And you covet something but cannot obtain it, so you engage in quarrels and fights. You do not have because you do not ask.
  • This is my commandment:
    love one another
    as I have loved you.
  • If you know me,
    then you will know my Father also.
    From now on you do know him.
    You have seen him.
  • Those of you who seek to be justified by the Law have cut yourselves off from Christ and have fallen away from grace.
  • I say to the Lord, “You are my Lord;
    I have no good apart from you.”
  • Whoever possesses the Son
    possesses life;
    whoever does not possess the Son of God
    does not possess life.
  • Therefore, whatever you have said in the dark will be heard in the daylight, and what you have whispered behind closed doors will be shouted from the housetops.
  • I have not come to call the righteous but sinners to repentance.
  • Those who love your law have great peace;
    they encounter no stumbling blocks.

Therefore, now that we have been justified by faith, we are at peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
