- Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective.
- However, if we confess our sins,
he who is faithful and just
will forgive our sins
and cleanse us from all wrongdoing. - No one who conceals his transgressions will prosper,
but one who confesses and renounces them will obtain mercy. - Then I acknowledged my sin to you,
and I made no attempt to conceal my guilt.
I said, “I will confess my offenses to the Lord,”

has the Father also.
He alone is my rock and my salvation,
