- And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.
- For I have satiated the weary soul, and I have replenished every sorrowful soul.
- I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing.
- Nevertheless, because of sexual immorality, let each man have his own wife, and let each woman have her own husband.
- Can anyone forbid water, that these should not be baptized who have received the Holy Spirit just as we have?
- This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.

You have given me wisdom and might,
And have now made known to me what we asked of You,
For You have made known to us the king’s demand. - You have become estranged from Christ, you who attempt to be justified by law; you have fallen from grace.
- Therefore whatever you have spoken in the dark will be heard in the light, and what you have spoken in the ear in inner rooms will be proclaimed on the housetops.
- Not that I speak in regard to need, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content.
- And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him.
- Great peace have those who love Your law,
And nothing causes them to stumble. - For as many as have sinned without law will also perish without law, and as many as have sinned in the law will be judged by the law.
- O my soul, you have said to the Lord,
“You are my Lord,
My goodness is nothing apart from You.” - I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth.
- I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance.
- Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.

And there is none upon earth that I desire besides You. - For you have need of endurance, so that after you have done the will of God, you may receive the promise.

That I might not sin against You. - These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God.
- Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal.
- For as we have many members in one body, but all the members do not have the same function, so we, being many, are one body in Christ, and individually members of one another.
- Two are better than one,
Because they have a good reward for their labor. - These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full.
- I will never forget Your precepts,
For by them You have given me life. - Do not lie to one another, since you have put off the old man with his deeds, and have put on the new man who is renewed in knowledge according to the image of Him who created him.
- Until now you have asked nothing in My name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full.
- My lips shall greatly rejoice when I sing to You,
And my soul, which You have redeemed. - If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another’s feet.
- If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth.
- Jesus said to him, “If you want to be perfect, go, sell what you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow Me.”
- Behold, I am coming quickly! Hold fast what you have, that no one may take your crown.
- I have rejoiced in the way of Your testimonies,
As much as in all riches. - Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.
- And this commandment we have from Him: that he who loves God must love his brother also.
