- Great peace have those who love Your law,
And nothing causes them to stumble. - O my soul, you have said to the Lord,
“You are my Lord,
My goodness is nothing apart from You.” - Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
- And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him.
- I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth.
- For as many as have sinned without law will also perish without law, and as many as have sinned in the law will be judged by the law.
- Whom have I in heaven but You?
And there is none upon earth that I desire besides You. - For you have need of endurance, so that after you have done the will of God, you may receive the promise.
- Your word I have hidden in my heart,
That I might not sin against You. - I will never forget Your precepts,
For by them You have given me life. - These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God.
- For as we have many members in one body, but all the members do not have the same function, so we, being many, are one body in Christ, and individually members of one another.
- These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full.
- My lips shall greatly rejoice when I sing to You,
And my soul, which You have redeemed. - Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal.
- Do not lie to one another, since you have put off the old man with his deeds, and have put on the new man who is renewed in knowledge according to the image of Him who created him.
- If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another’s feet.
- Behold, I am coming quickly! Hold fast what you have, that no one may take your crown.
- Two are better than one,
Because they have a good reward for their labor. - Until now you have asked nothing in My name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full.
- For God is not unjust to forget your work and labor of love which you have shown toward His name, in that you have ministered to the saints, and do minister.
- Jesus said to him, “If you want to be perfect, go, sell what you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow Me.”
- If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth.
- A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another.
- And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing.
