Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves.
I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.I can do all this through him who gives me strength.
But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.
Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, Rejoice.Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!
Do all things without murmurings and disputings: That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world; Holding forth the word of life.Do everything without grumbling or arguing, so that you may become blameless and pure, children of God without fault in a warped and crooked generation. Then you will shine among them like stars in the sky as you hold firmly to the word of life.
Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus.In your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ Jesus.
Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.
For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain.
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.
