- For the Lord gives wisdom;
from his mouth come knowledge and understanding. - He holds success in store for the upright,
he is a shield to those whose walk is blameless. - For he guards the course of the just
and protects the way of his faithful ones. - Then you will understand what is right and just
and fair—every good path.
These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. Therefore, since we have these promises, dear friends, let us purify ourselves from everything that contaminates body and spirit, perfecting holiness out of reverence for God.Next verse!With image
