- Commit to the Lord whatever you do,
and he will establish your plans. - Let love and faithfulness never leave you;
bind them around your neck,
write them on the tablet of your heart.
Then you will win favor and a good name
in the sight of God and man. - Trust in the Lord with all your heart
and lean not on your own understanding;
in all your ways submit to him,
and he will make your paths straight. - Whoever would foster love covers over an offense,
but whoever repeats the matter separates close friends. - Above all else, guard your heart,
for everything you do flows from it. - As water reflects the face,
so one’s life reflects the heart. - A friend loves at all times,
and a brother is born for a time of adversity. - Whoever pursues righteousness and love
finds life, prosperity and honor. - Start children off on the way they should go,
and even when they are old they will not turn from it. - Whoever conceals their sins does not prosper,
but the one who confesses and renounces them finds mercy.
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.Next verse!With image
