Chinese (traditional)A man's pride shall bring him low:
but honour shall uphold the humble in spirit.

Pride brings a person low,
but the lowly in spirit gain honor. One's pride will bring him low,
but he who is lowly in spirit will obtain honor. A man’s pride will bring him low,
But the humble in spirit will retain honor. Pride ends in humiliation,
while humility brings honor. A person's pride will bring humiliation,
but one who is lowly in spirit will obtain honor. A man’s pride brings him low,
but one of lowly spirit gains honor. A person’s pride will bring him low,
But a humble spirit will obtain honor. A man’s pride will bring him low,
but lowly souls will rise to honor. In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.Next verse! With image
