Psalm 34 - NLT & NIV

I will praise the Lord at all times. I will constantly speak his praises.I will extol the Lord at all times; his praise will always be on my lips.
I prayed to the Lord, and he answered me. He freed me from all my fears.I sought the Lord, and he answered me; he delivered me from all my fears.
In my desperation I prayed, and the Lord listened; he saved me from all my troubles. This poor man called, and the Lord heard him; he saved him out of all his troubles.
Taste and see that the Lord is good. Oh, the joys of those who take refuge in him!Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in him.
Even strong young lions sometimes go hungry, but those who trust in the Lord will lack no good thing. The lions may grow weak and hungry, but those who seek the Lord lack no good thing.
Then keep your tongue from speaking evil and your lips from telling lies!Keep your tongue from evil and your lips from telling lies.
Turn away from evil and do good. Search for peace, and work to maintain it.Turn from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it.
The eyes of the Lord watch over those who do right; his ears are open to their cries for help. The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears are attentive to their cry.
But the Lord turns his face against those who do evil; he will erase their memory from the earth. But the face of the Lord is against those who do evil, to blot out their name from the earth.
The Lord hears his people when they call to him for help. He rescues them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted; he rescues those whose spirits are crushed. The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.
The righteous person faces many troubles, but the Lord comes to the rescue each time. The righteous person may have many troubles, but the Lord delivers him from them all.
But the Lord will redeem those who serve him. No one who takes refuge in him will be condemned. The Lord will rescue his servants; no one who takes refuge in him will be condemned.
