Run from anything that stimulates youthful lusts. Instead, pursue righteous living, faithfulness, love, and peace. Work hard so you can present yourself to God and receive his approval. Be a good worker, one who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly explains the word of truth. | Make every effort to present yourself before God as one who is worthy of his approval, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, but who imparts the word of truth without any alteration. |
Share each other’s burdens, and in this way obey the law of Christ. | Bear one another’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ. |
