- Don’t use foul or abusive language. Let everything you say be good and helpful, so that your words will be an encouragement to those who hear them.

so that you may live!
Then the Lord God of Heaven’s Armies will be your helper,
just as you have claimed. - For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by openly declaring your faith that you are saved.
- Now a mediator is helpful if more than one party must reach an agreement. But God, who is one, did not use a mediator when he gave his promise to Abraham.
- But those who won’t care for their relatives, especially those in their own household, have denied the true faith. Such people are worse than unbelievers.
