In any and all circumstances, I have learned the secret of being well fed and of going hungry, of having plenty and of being in need.I know how to live on almost nothing or with everything. I have learned the secret of living in every situation, whether it is with a full stomach or empty, with plenty or little.
But I have had help from God to this very day, and I stand here and testify to both the lowly and the great. I assert nothing more than what the Prophets and Moses said would occur: that the Christ must suffer, and that, by being the first to rise from the dead, he would proclaim light to the people and to the Gentiles. But God has protected me right up to this present time so I can testify to everyone, from the least to the greatest. I teach nothing except what the prophets and Moses said would happen— that the Messiah would suffer and be the first to rise from the dead, and in this way announce God’s light to Jews and Gentiles alike.
The Lord will protect you against all evil; he will watch over your life. The Lord will watch over your coming and your going both now and forevermore. The Lord keeps you from all harm and watches over your life. The Lord keeps watch over you as you come and go, both now and forever.

When things are going well, be grateful for your blessings, and in times of adversity consider this: God has made both of them, so that we cannot predict with confidence what the future holds.Enjoy prosperity while you can, but when hard times strike, realize that both come from God. Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How inscrutable are his judgments and how unfathomable his ways!Oh, how great are God’s riches and wisdom and knowledge! How impossible it is for us to understand his decisions and his ways!

And those who don’t eat certain foods must not condemn those who do, for God has accepted them.

They are ceremonially unclean for you.
