Jesus answered them and said, “My doctrine is not Mine, but His who sent Me.”So Jesus answered them, “My teaching is not mine, but his who sent me.”
Before destruction the heart of a man is haughty, And before honor is humility.Before destruction a man's heart is haughty, but humility comes before honor.
Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.Let no one deceive you in any way. For that day will not come, unless the rebellion comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction, who opposes and exalts himself against every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, proclaiming himself to be God.
My soul, wait silently for God alone, For my expectation is from Him.For God alone, O my soul, wait in silence, for my hope is from him.
Therefore by the deeds of the law no flesh will be justified in His sight, for by the law is the knowledge of sin.For by works of the law no human being will be justified in his sight, since through the law comes knowledge of sin.
The fear of the Lord is the instruction of wisdom, And before honor is humility.The fear of the Lord is instruction in wisdom, and humility comes before honor.
But I will sacrifice to You With the voice of thanksgiving; I will pay what I have vowed. Salvation is of the Lord.But I with the voice of thanksgiving will sacrifice to you; what I have vowed I will pay. Salvation belongs to the Lord!
Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show by good conduct that his works are done in the meekness of wisdom.Who is wise and understanding among you? By his good conduct let him show his works in the meekness of wisdom.
He who guards his mouth preserves his life, But he who opens wide his lips shall have destruction.Whoever guards his mouth preserves his life; he who opens wide his lips comes to ruin.
But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.And we all, with unveiled face, beholding the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another. For this comes from the Lord who is the Spirit.
For all that is in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—is not of the Father but is of the world.For all that is in the world—the desires of the flesh and the desires of the eyes and pride of life—is not from the Father but is from the world.
So He humbled you, allowed you to hunger, and fed you with manna which you did not know nor did your fathers know, that He might make you know that man shall not live by bread alone; but man lives by every word that proceeds from the mouth of the Lord.And he humbled you and let you hunger and fed you with manna, which you did not know, nor did your fathers know, that he might make you know that man does not live by bread alone, but man lives by every word that comes from the mouth of the Lord.

Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God.Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God.
Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion! Shout, O daughter of Jerusalem! Behold, your King is coming to you; He is just and having salvation, Lowly and riding on a donkey, A colt, the foal of a donkey.Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion! Shout aloud, O daughter of Jerusalem! Behold, your king is coming to you; righteous and having salvation is he, humble and mounted on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey.
Watch therefore, for you do not know what hour your Lord is coming.Therefore, stay awake, for you do not know on what day your Lord is coming.
As you do not know what is the way of the wind, Or how the bones grow in the womb of her who is with child, So you do not know the works of God who makes everything.As you do not know the way the spirit comes to the bones in the womb of a woman with child, so you do not know the work of God who makes everything.
The wise in heart will receive commands, But a prating fool will fall.The wise of heart will receive commandments, but a babbling fool will come to ruin.
As he came from his mother’s womb, naked shall he return, To go as he came; And he shall take nothing from his labor Which he may carry away in his hand.As he came from his mother's womb he shall go again, naked as he came, and shall take nothing for his toil that he may carry away in his hand.
O my soul, you have said to the Lord, “You are my Lord, My goodness is nothing apart from You.”I say to the Lord, “You are my Lord; I have no good apart from you.”
But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy.But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, open to reason, full of mercy and good fruits, impartial and sincere.
For the Lord gives wisdom; From His mouth come knowledge and understanding.For the Lord gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding.
For in much wisdom is much grief, And he who increases knowledge increases sorrow.For in much wisdom is much vexation, and he who increases knowledge increases sorrow.
A good man deals graciously and lends; He will guide his affairs with discretion.It is well with the man who deals generously and lends; who conducts his affairs with justice.
But who am I, and who are my people, That we should be able to offer so willingly as this? For all things come from You, And of Your own we have given You.But who am I, and what is my people, that we should be able thus to offer willingly? For all things come from you, and of your own have we given you.

I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance, but He who is coming after me is mightier than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry.
