- Not lagging in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord.
- For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ all shall be made alive.
- Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God.
- By this we know that we abide in Him, and He in us, because He has given us of His Spirit.
- Therefore let that abide in you which you heard from the beginning. If what you heard from the beginning abides in you, you also will abide in the Son and in the Father.
- You therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.
- You will keep him in perfect peace,
Whose mind is stayed on You,
Because he trusts in You. - A fool has no delight in understanding,
But in expressing his own heart. - Now he who keeps His commandments abides in Him, and He in him. And by this we know that He abides in us, by the Spirit whom He has given us.
- Therefore whatever you have spoken in the dark will be heard in the light, and what you have spoken in the ear in inner rooms will be proclaimed on the housetops.
- Whenever I am afraid, I will trust in You.
- Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus.
- I will both lie down in peace, and sleep;
For You alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety.
