And who is he who will harm you if you become followers of what is good?Now who is going to harm you if you are eager to do what is right?
And you, fathers, do not provoke your children to wrath, but bring them up in the training and admonition of the Lord.Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.
“Can anyone hide himself in secret places, So I shall not see him?” says the Lord; “Do I not fill heaven and earth?” says the Lord.Can someone hide in a secret place so that I cannot see him? Do I not fill heaven and earth?
My son, keep your father’s command, And do not forsake the law of your mother.Observe your father’s command, my son, and do not reject your mother’s teaching.
Give to everyone who asks of you. And from him who takes away your goods do not ask them back.Give to everyone who begs from you, and do not demand the return of what is yours from the one who has taken it.
For God is not unjust to forget your work and labor of love which you have shown toward His name, in that you have ministered to the saints, and do minister.For God would not be so unjust as to ignore your work and the love that you have shown for his name by the services you have rendered to the saints and still continue to render.
Defend the poor and fatherless; Do justice to the afflicted and needy.Grant justice to the weak and the orphan; defend the rights of the lowly and the poor.
Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness?Do not associate with unbelievers. For what basis can there be for a partnership between righteousness and lawlessness? What do light and darkness have in common?
He has shown you, O man, what is good; And what does the Lord require of you But to do justly, To love mercy, And to walk humbly with your God?The Lord has told you, O man, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? Only this: to do what is right, to show mercy, and to walk humbly with your God.
Do not think that I came to bring peace on earth. I did not come to bring peace but a sword.Do not think that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I have not come to bring peace but a sword.
The things which you learned and received and heard and saw in me, these do, and the God of peace will be with you.Do the things that you have learned, received, and heard from me and that you saw me doing. Then the God of peace will be with you.
And may the Lord make you increase and abound in love to one another and to all, just as we do to you.May the Lord cause your love to increase and overflow for one another and for everyone else, just as our love does for you.
And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.Let us never grow weary in doing what is right, for if we do not give up, we will reap our harvest in due time.
Thus says the Lord of hosts: ‘Execute true justice, Show mercy and compassion Everyone to his brother. Do not oppress the widow or the fatherless, The alien or the poor. Let none of you plan evil in his heart Against his brother.’Thus says the Lord of hosts: Render fair judgments, and show kindness and compassion to one another. For “He who would love life And see good days, Let him refrain his tongue from evil, And his lips from speaking deceit. Let him turn away from evil and do good; Let him seek peace and pursue it.”For: “If anyone wishes to love life and to experience good days, he must restrain his tongue from evil and his lips from deceitful speech. He must turn away from evil and do good, seek peace and pursue it.”
But even if you should suffer for righteousness’ sake, you are blessed. “And do not be afraid of their threats, nor be troubled.”Yet even if you should suffer for doing what is right, you are thereby blessed. Have no fear of others, and refuse to be intimidated by them.
Therefore you shall keep My commandments, and perform them: I am the Lord.You shall observe my commandments and obey them. I am the Lord.
For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin.For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who has been tested in every respect as we are, but without sinning.

Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.Therefore, you must also be prepared, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him.
But when you do a charitable deed, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, that your charitable deed may be in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will Himself reward you openly.But when you give alms, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing. Your almsgiving must be done in secret. And your Father who sees everything that is done in secret will reward you.
Six days shall work be done, but the seventh day is a Sabbath of solemn rest, a holy convocation. You shall do no work on it; it is the Sabbath of the Lord in all your dwellings.For six days work can be done, but the seventh is a Sabbath of rest, a holy assembly.
