Bible Verses about 'Doeth'

A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.
The world and its desires pass away, but whoever does the will of God lives forever. And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.
But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what they have done has been done in the sight of God.But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.
Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock.
Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
So again I ask, does God give you his Spirit and work miracles among you by the works of the law, or by your believing what you heard? He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, doeth he it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?
But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, so that your giving may be in secret. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.But when thou doest alms, let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth: That thine alms may be in secret: and thy Father which seeth in secret himself shall reward thee openly.
The one whose walk is blameless, who does what is righteous, who speaks the truth from their heart; whose tongue utters no slander, who does no wrong to a neighbor, and casts no slur on others. He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth in his heart. He that backbiteth not with his tongue, nor doeth evil to his neighbour, nor taketh up a reproach against his neighbour.
Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.
“Are you so dull?” he asked. “Don’t you see that nothing that enters a person from the outside can defile them? For it doesn’t go into their heart but into their stomach, and then out of the body.” (In saying this, Jesus declared all foods clean.)And he saith unto them, Are ye so without understanding also? Do ye not perceive, that whatsoever thing from without entereth into the man, it cannot defile him; Because it entereth not into his heart, but into the belly, and goeth out into the draught, purging all meats?
Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life.He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.
Our God is in heaven; he does whatever pleases him.But our God is in the heavens: he hath done whatsoever he hath pleased.
The one who eats everything must not treat with contempt the one who does not, and the one who does not eat everything must not judge the one who does, for God has accepted them.Let not him that eateth despise him that eateth not; and let not him which eateth not judge him that eateth: for God hath received him.
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up, Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil.
The Lord is righteous in all his ways and faithful in all he does. The Lord is righteous in all his ways, and holy in all his works.
God is not human, that he should lie, not a human being, that he should change his mind. Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and not fulfill?God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?
For the word of the Lord is right and true; he is faithful in all he does. For the word of the Lord is right; and all his works are done in truth.
An honest witness does not deceive, but a false witness pours out lies.A faithful witness will not lie: but a false witness will utter lies.
Whoever does not take up their cross and follow me is not worthy of me.And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me.
For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh.
Then Peter began to speak: “I now realize how true it is that God does not show favoritism but accepts from every nation the one who fears him and does what is right.”Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons: But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him.
Love does no harm to a neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law.Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.
Surely the Sovereign Lord does nothing without revealing his plan to his servants the prophets.Surely the Lord God will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.
Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

Woe to those who quarrel with their Maker, those who are nothing but potsherds among the potsherds on the ground. Does the clay say to the potter, ‘What are you making?’ Does your work say, ‘The potter has no hands’?Woe unto him that striveth with his Maker! Let the potsherd strive with the potsherds of the earth. Shall the clay say to him that fashioneth it, What makest thou? or thy work, He hath no hands?
