Without faith it is impossible to be well pleasing to him, for he who comes to God must believe that he exists, and that he is a rewarder of those who seek him.And without faith it is impossible to please God, for whoever would approach him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.
But the Scripture imprisoned all things under sin, that the promise by faith in Jesus Christ might be given to those who believe.But the scripture has imprisoned all things under the power of sin, so that what was promised through faith in Jesus Christ might be given to those who believe.
For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast.For by grace you have been saved through faith, and this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God— not the result of works, so that no one may boast.
For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. You believe that God is one. You do well. The demons also believe—and shudder.You believe that God is one; you do well. Even the demons believe—and shudder.

For I am not ashamed of the Good News of Christ, because it is the power of God for salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first, and also for the Greek.For I am not ashamed of the gospel; it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who has faith, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.
